We have qualified Occupational Therapists accredited with HCPC The Health and Care Professionals Council with experience working in the NHS and in the private sector. 

Our team of practitioners are highly trained and experienced in various wellness modalities including occupational therapy, lifestyle medicine, acupuncture by medical professionals, mindfulness, solution focused therapy, CBT, DBT and interpersonal therapy. 

We offer a variety of wellness programs tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. Our programs include stress management, weight loss, smoking cessation and addiction, insomnia / sleep management.
